Returns and exchange details
Due to item customization, we will refund or correct items only if we make a personalization error. To prevent errors, we copy and paste the name as you have it typed.
If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If we do not receive notification of any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your shipment, there will be no refunds or replacements.
We do make exceptions to the replacement policy, but never past an item that was delivered 14 days ago.
We do provide tracking number on all orders to all countires. So once the order has shipped, you should be able to track it.
Canadian orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival due to customs.
If we allow a return, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping, however we may decide to pay for the return shipping on a case by case basis.
We will either use TNT, DHL Exrpess or FedEx for delivery. You will receive a tracking number with either shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If you want signature required and insurance on your package, please notify us before purchase so we can include that in the price.
